Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a quick and non-invasive exfoliation treatment which uses a special blade to gently remove dead skin cells from the surface of your skin as well as the fine hairs (“peach fuzz”). Your skin will immediately feel smoother and appear more vibrant as the dull dead skin cells have been removed. Your makeup will go on smoother and other skin products will penetrate better, making them more effective.

Dermaplaning treatment is completely painless. Most patients describe the sensation similar to shaving. Your skin may feel slightly warm and tight, which resolves in a few hours.
How often is dermaplaning treatment performed?

No, Dermaplaning will NOT cause the fine vellus hairs (“peach fuzz”) to grow back thicker. Dermaplaning does not affect the root of the hair follicles.
